Make your blog posts visually appealing and easy to read using the rich text editor.

The Editor Toolbar

The toolbar above the content area provides formatting options:

Rarely needed (use sparingly)

Headings

Use headings to structure your content:

Subsections within a main section

Sub-subsections (rarely needed)

Note: H1 is reserved for the post title, so start with H2 in your content.

Lists

Bullet Lists - For items without a specific order:

  • Design tips

  • Material options

  • Style ideas

Numbered Lists - For steps or ranked items:

  1. First step

  2. Second step

  3. Third step

To add a clickable link:

  1. Select the text you want to link

  2. Click the link button in the toolbar

  3. Enter the URL

  4. Click confirm

Adding Images

To insert an image within your content:

  1. Place your cursor where you want the image

  2. Click the image button in the toolbar

  3. Upload a new image or choose from existing media

  4. The image will be inserted at that position

Tips

  • Use H2 headings every 2-3 paragraphs to break up content

  • Keep paragraphs short - 3-4 sentences maximum

  • Use lists when presenting multiple items

  • Add images to illustrate your points

  • Don't over-format - Clean and simple is easier to read
