Formatting Content
Make your blog posts visually appealing and easy to read using the rich text editor.
The Editor Toolbar
The toolbar above the content area provides formatting options:

Text Formatting
B
Bold text
Emphasize important words
I
Italic text
Titles, quotes, or emphasis
U
Underline
Rarely needed (use sparingly)
S
Strikethrough
Show removed or outdated text
Headings
Use headings to structure your content:
H2
Main sections of your article
H3
Subsections within a main section
H4
Sub-subsections (rarely needed)
Note: H1 is reserved for the post title, so start with H2 in your content.

Numbered Lists - For steps or ranked items:
First step
Second step
Third step
Links
To add a clickable link:
Select the text you want to link
Click the link button in the toolbar
Enter the URL
Click confirm
Adding Images
To insert an image within your content:
Place your cursor where you want the image
Click the image button in the toolbar
Upload a new image or choose from existing media
The image will be inserted at that position
Tips
Use H2 headings every 2-3 paragraphs to break up content
Keep paragraphs short - 3-4 sentences maximum
Use lists when presenting multiple items
Add images to illustrate your points
Don't over-format - Clean and simple is easier to read
