Search Performance

The Search Performance tab shows data from Google Search Console, helping you understand how your website appears in Google search results.

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see four important numbers:

Total Clicks

The number of times someone clicked on your website in Google search results. This is actual traffic coming from Google searches.

Impressions

The number of times your website appeared in Google search results, whether or not someone clicked. High impressions with low clicks may indicate your titles or descriptions need improvement.

Average CTR (Click-Through Rate)

The percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks. Calculated as: Clicks / Impressions x 100. A higher CTR means your search listings are compelling to users.

Average Position

Your average ranking position in Google search results. Position 1 is the top result. Lower numbers are better:

  • 1-3: Top of page 1 (excellent)

  • 4-10: Page 1 (good)

  • 11-20: Page 2 (needs improvement)

  • 20+: Deep in results (poor visibility)

Clicks Over Time Chart

This chart shows your daily clicks from Google Search over the selected period. Use it to spot trends and the impact of any SEO changes you've made.

The chart header shows:

  • Total - Sum of all clicks in the period

  • Daily Avg - Average clicks per day
