How to Schedule a Post
Create or open a blog post
Complete the content, images, and SEO settings
Find the Publish Date field in the sidebar
Click to open the date picker
Select your desired date
Select the time you want it to publish
Set the Status to "Published"
Click Save

What Happens Next
The post will remain hidden until the scheduled time
At the scheduled date/time, it automatically becomes visible
You don't need to be logged in for this to happen
Checking Scheduled Posts
To see which posts are scheduled:
Go to Blogs in the sidebar
Look at the list - scheduled posts may show a future date
Open any post to see its scheduled publish date
Changing a Scheduled Date
Open the scheduled post
Change the Publish Date to a new date/time
Click Save
Cancelling a Scheduled Post
If you decide not to publish:
Open the scheduled post
Change Status to "Draft"
Click Save
The post will no longer be scheduled and will remain as a draft.
Tips
Double-check the date - Make sure you've selected the right day and time
Consider your audience - Schedule posts when your readers are most likely to see them
Plan a content calendar - Scheduling works best when you plan topics in advance
Allow editing time - Schedule a day or two ahead so you can review before it goes live
