Editing an Existing Project

Update information on a portfolio project you've already added.

Steps

  1. Click Portfolios in the left sidebar

  2. Find the project you want to edit:

    • Scroll through the list, or

    • Use the search bar to find it by name

  3. Click on the project title to open it

  4. Make your changes to any field

  5. Click Save

What You Can Update

You can edit any part of a portfolio project:

  • Title and descriptions - Update text content

  • Category and tags - Change how the project is organized

  • Images - Replace the thumbnail or add/remove gallery images

  • Project details - Update year, size, or other information

Finding Projects Quickly

Using Search:

  • Type part of the project name in the search bar

  • Results filter as you type

Using Sort:

  • Click column headers to sort by that column

  • Click again to reverse the sort order

Common columns to sort by:

  • Title (alphabetical)

  • Updated At (most recently edited)

  • Created At (newest first)

Tips

  • Changes are not saved automatically - always click Save when you're done

  • You can see when a project was last updated in the list view

  • If you make a mistake, you can undo changes by refreshing the page before saving
