Updating Status

  1. Open the quotation submission

  2. Find the Status field

  3. Select the appropriate status

  4. Click Save

Setting Priority

Assigning to Team Members

If your team shares quotation handling:

  1. Open the quotation submission

  2. Find the Assigned To field

  3. Select the team member responsible

  4. Click Save

Setting Follow-up Dates

Never forget to follow up:

  1. Open the quotation submission

  2. Find the Follow-up Date field

  3. Select a date for your next action

  4. Click Save

Use follow-up dates to:

  • Remind yourself to check in after sending a quote

  • Schedule site visit confirmations

  • Track waiting periods before next contact

Quotation management fields
  1. New - Review the request, gather your team's availability

  2. Contacted - Call or email the customer, gather more details

  3. Quoted - Send your quotation, set a follow-up date

  4. Won - Great! Start the project

  5. Lost - Note the reason, archive for future reference

Tips

  • Update status after each interaction - Keep records accurate

  • Use follow-up dates religiously - They prevent opportunities from slipping away
