Viewing New Enquiries

See and review customer enquiries submitted through your website's contact form.

Accessing Enquiries

  1. Click Enquiry Submissions in the left sidebar (under "Enquiry System" group)

  2. You'll see a list of all enquiries

  3. New enquiries appear at the top with status "New"

Understanding the List View

The list shows key information at a glance:

Column
What It Shows

Contact Name

The customer's name

Email

Their email address

Submitted At

When they sent the enquiry

Status

Current status (New, In Progress, Completed, Archived)

Opening an Enquiry

Click on any row to see the full details:

Form Data Tab

  • Customer's name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Their message or question

  • Any other form fields they filled in

Attachments Tab

  • Files the customer uploaded (floor plans, inspiration images, etc.)

  • Click to view or download attachments

Status & Notes Tab

  • Current status

  • Your internal notes

  • Email address for quick reference

Technical Tab

  • When it was submitted

  • IP address (for spam identification)

  • Browser information

Identifying New Enquiries

New enquiries that need attention:

  • Have status "New"

  • Appear at the top of the list (sorted by newest first)

Tips

  • Check enquiries regularly - Customers expect timely responses

  • Review attachments - Customers often provide helpful context

  • Note the email - You'll need it to respond to them

  • Update the status - Mark as "In Progress" once you start working on it
